Graphic designers Infringement
A Graphic designer creates graphic art, which is everything we see in our world, hoping for it to be published and printed. When a person creates artwork it becomes copyrighted to them to have full control of reproduction and commercial exploitation meaning there work is "protected."Since it is artwork anybody can access it,it is easy for people to steal and reproduce or use someones copyrighted artwork without permission. That is called Copyright Infringement. It happens to everyone because they may think they are being original but come to find there is something already made that is similar and that is called innocent infringement. When copyright Infringement occurs it is often sent to court with a lawsuit. Copyright Infringement is a huge deal and occurs often making it difficult for graphic designers.
