STAAR DATES
EOC testing is scheduled throughout the month of April. Teachers and students have been working hard preparing for all testing areas. Encourage your child to get a good night's sleep and give them a pep talk before they arrive at school.
We ask that families support our efforts to have the best testing enviornment for all students. Please ensure your child arrives at school on time. Every student should be in class no later than 8:45; teachers send down attendance at 9:00 sharp.
During testing, Lanier is a closed campus meaning:
- No visitors, mentors, volunteers, or parent meetings
- Students will not be allowed to have phones in testing areas
- No outside lunches. Students must bring a lunch or go through the cafeteria line.
- Schedule appointments on non-testing days
- Students are required to remain at school after testing is completed. Dismissal is at 4:15
