Centerview families,
It was so nice for staff to start off our Monday morning with a nice spread of breakfast treats and encouraging thoughts from our Centerview Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. I had a chocolate and a glazed donut down by 10 a.m. Not typical! Thank you, CV PTO and families, for honoring staff on Monday and throughout the week as part of Staff Appreciation Week in Spring Lake Park Schools. We do appreciate it!
We have a tremendous staff at Centerview and across the district. We take great pride and are passionate in truly knowing each student; creating the conditions for them to learn and grow. If you want to join in the appreciation, a note is always welcome for those who have had an impact on your child. Those words of appreciation go a long way.
Over the last few weeks at Centerview, we have seen an increase in COVID-19 illness and related absences. We are monitoring and continue to publish the numbers each week on the COVID-19 hub. We will keep communicating as needed and ask that families please continue to complete a health screening each day and keep your student home if any symptoms are present.
Enjoy the warmer sunnier weather…and May the 4th be with you!
Mike
