- If they are FDA approved, they are allowed to.
- FDA approved drugs are safe because they are judged on their efficiency and safety to protect consumers.
- Not FDA approved drugs are unsafe, and have some symptoms that could be life threatening.
- Consumers need to just use prescriptions that are FDA approved, and the FDA does a good job of making sure illegal drugs aren't marketing to consumers.
- The FDA also sends out warnings to pharmaceutical companies that may be doing illegal stuff.
Warnings
- The warnings are usually sent out every 30 days.
- The tell the companies on whether they are doing illegal activities and how they are doing the wrong thing.
- They are used to inform, and to let the companies know of their rules and how they can follow them.
