Safari Animals By: Alexis Roesler and Jewel McGeough and Matix Rosencrans
There are many animals in the world like safari animals. Alexis’s favorite safari animal is a zebra, Matix’s favorite safari animal is a red panda and Jewel’s favorite safari animal is a cheetah. The longest rhino tusk ever found was the white rhino and it was 59 inches long. A baby giraffe is called a calf and is about 220 pounds. Did you know that a lion's roar can be heard 5 miles away? Elephants ears help them cool down. An adult elephants ears are average 49 inches long about the size of a 3 year old.
A rhino's horn is made up of hair. A giraffe has a blue tongue. Lions sleep for 15-20 hours a day. Baby Elephants suck their trunks.

Did you you know about the dinosaur that has a dome skull that is 6” to 9” long, and was in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom? You guessed it. It is a Stygimoloch. A Stygimoloch is a plant eater. It lived in the cretaceous period. It was 3 feet tall and 7-10 feet long. It also lived in North America in states such as South Dakota, North Dakota, and Colorado. The skull is 46 centimeters long and the body is about 3 meters long. It is a very cute dinosaur.
