Hello VG Families and Staff,
Happy Friday! I hope your children were able to navigate the Asynchronous Days successfully. Our staff was busy working together to get ready for January for both Remote and Hybrid classes. Those two days were packed with information and teachers and paras were learning from 8:00-4:00 on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Monday, December 14th class lists will be available for viewing, more information to come on how to access that information. Please note that some student's teachers will have changed due to declarations and Hybrid families will either be a part of a AM or PM cohort. Teachers worked together to support each other to learn who their new students will be and placed students in AM/PM cohorts to support families with siblings, students with special education support all while trying to balance their classes.

Thank you for your continued support!
With Gratitude,
:) Principal Juergens

HYBRID: Mask Wearing IMPORTANCE
As we prepare for January, I am asking for you to help your children get ready to wear a mask successfully. It is expected that EVERYONE wears a mask at ALL times while on campus.
I do not want teachers to become "mask officers", students will be expected to follow these directions to attend Hybrid classes.
Parents, we need your help with this...my suggestion is that you begin having your child practice wearing a mask and extend the time until they reach 2 hours 45 minutes.
You should build their tolerance by having students wear a mask around the house while kids are playing, watching TV, or in the backyard so they can be successful once we return to campus.
We expect that all families that have chosen Hybrid are and will continue to follow the Purple Tier County Guidelines to protect your children and family and of course others families as well. Please also remember that we should all be following the stay at home orders during our holiday break to protect your family and others. All Hybrid families need to work together and lean on each other to ensure our campus is safe come January and into the future.
*Please note that we expect all parents/guardians to also wear a mask, from the time you drive onto campus or if you walk your child to school; you are the role models that children see, so please help us enforce these expectation.
-----STUDENT MATERIAL PICK UP & DROP OFF -----
Next THURSDAY, 12/17
