Senior Advice
- Do NOT fall behind on classwork, especially at the end of the year. Make sure you make time for activities, hobbies, friends, and family outside of school as well! Schoolwork is important, but so is everything else.
- get your work done.
- Get your work done on time and don't procrastinate :)
- Make sure you get your work in on time, the last weeks are pretty stressful so just buckle down and get it done :)
- Have fun, take time to explore who you are and do new things. Take risks and enjoy life. You will only be a H.S senior once so make it count. Have fun with your friends, make a Senior bucket list and spend your year checking things off it. Good Luck and I wish you all the best!
- It goes faster than you think. Keep up good grades and start thinking of your future as soon as you can.

Long Term Ideas
Work on healthy living: getting proper exercise, eating proper food, dealing with stress in a healthy way, sustaining and maintaining your mental health.
Maintain good hygiene: good hygiene helps with not only your mental and physical health, but it also helps with how you view yourself, so it's very important that you take care of your hygiene.
Be social: maintaining your social relationships gives you a sense of belonging and can make you feel less alone.
Do things you enjoy: make sure to do things you enjoy so you bring joy to your life even in the small things
Relax: relaxing is important for your mental and physical health
