Week of April 4th -8th
Talent Show Tryouts Tomorrow
Tomorrow the sixth grade will again be holding auditions for a special talent show they will be hosting Thursday, April 7th from 6PM to 7PM at Central Middle School. The Talent Show is also a fundraiser to help raise funds for the sixth grade Chicago trip. Children can perform any talent, such as singing, dancing, gymnastics, etc. as long as it's safe and school appropriate. If your child is interested in auditioning, they will need to bring in this permission slip with them tomorrow.
CIP Adventure Concert Tomorrow, April 5th
3rd and 4th grades will be going to the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic Adventure Concert tomorrow April 5th. There is a $3 cost for transportation for this trip. We will be departing around 8:30AM for Columbus North High School Auditorium. We will return to school around 10:30AM.
Recycling Center Field Trip
We will be going to the recycling center this Friday, April 8th (all day). If you would like to chaperone the trip, please let us know. A few students still have not returned the permission slip for this field trip. Please check with your child to make sure they have their permission slip turned in.
Math Update
This week we are continuing to build on our knowledge of data and graphing. For the next couple of days we will be exploring how to find the mean, median, mode and range of a set of data. We will also be learning more about collecting data and creating graphs as well.
