GLOW GAZETTE
WEEK OF MARCH 4 2024
MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
GLOW Students & Families,
We hope you've had a great weekend!
It's hard to believe, but Quarter 3 ends this week! Friday is the last day of the quarter and an Early Release Day for students, followed by two Teacher Workdays. Please note:
- Friday, March 8 - Early Release for Students at 1 PM (no YMCA after school program)
- Monday, March 11 and Tuesday March 12 - Teacher Workdays (No School for Students)
Please note that while NHCS has a Teacher Workday on Tuesday of this week, Tuesday is a REGULAR school day at GLOW. All students should be at school on Tuesday.
As we prepare to enter the FINAL quarter of the 23-24 school year, it's as important as ever that students are present and on time for school. Please ensure that your child is only missing class when absolutely necessary, as we want to ensure that all students earn course credit and are promoted to the next grade level in the 2024-2025 school year.
This week's news letter is packed with information about upcoming Family Night & Student Celebration events, as well has a variety of opportunities available to our students. Be sure to read through the entire newsletter to learn more about events at school, upcoming parent events, and even summer opportunities available to students.
Wishing you all a great week ahead!
Kate B. Tayloe
Principal
