Week 20 - 2/1/2019: Monthly PBIS focus is Kindness
Trying to get back on track here with a Friday newsletter!
Spirit and Pride is back! If you haven't had a chance to order "Hawk" gear, look for a flier to come home with students next week. You can also order online at http://www.spiritandpride.com our school ID is 185486.
Box Tops are BACK!! (Thank you Ms. Rommel!) There will be 2 classroom winners, one K-3 and one 4-6, from the race that began on Wed. Jan. 30 and goes until March 11. Winners will receive an extra recess and a "sweet treat". Please bring in your Box Tops!!
Remember that the science fair is this Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 3:30 - 7! Please come by and see the incredible work by our kids!
Also this week is the evening PTO meeting, so if you haven't been able to make it this year, this is your chance! 6:30PM in the library on Wed. Feb. 6.
Ms. Aydt is working with Jump Rope for Heart this year and they will be presenting information at our PBIS assembly on Thursday morning. Students will receive their Shining Stars at this time, and also be introduced to our Feb. theme which is Kindness. Maybe our mascot, Shadow Hawk will make an appearance??
