Northeast States and Capitals-Test January 24th
We are beginning to learn about each region of the U.S.A in our Social Studies curriculum. The students will be expected to learn the states and capitals and be able to test on each region. Students will also need to recognize the particular states on a map. There are numerous songs on YouTube for learning the states and capitals. Also, there are many apps that can be downloaded for study. We love using Seterra.com in the classroom for studying. We will test over the Northeast region only on Jan. 24th

I have a list in the following link of ideas for a Northeast region project that students can choose from to present. Remember that they are only choosing one project to complete.
