Practice will begin promptly at 3:15 in the Multi Purpose Room and your child will need to be picked up no later than 4 PM each day. Students who would like to join the Sunflower Running Club need a Sunflower registration form filled out. Sunflower running club is free for students to join.

Students end the season running a mile at the Garmin Munchkin Marathon on Saturday, April 20th . The Garmin race is not required to attend Running Club. Garmin Munchkin Marathon registration is $20 plus a $3.45 sign-up fee - you can sign your child up here:
Scholarships are available, please let a coach know if you need a scholarship.
We will have a Parent Info Meeting after the first practice on Monday, March 4th, Due to Parent-Teacher conferences - we will not have practice on March 7th.
If your child is participating and you have a love for running, you are more than welcome to run along and help motivate the students.
Sunflower Families,
The Sunflower Ambassadors and Live to Give Panther Clubs have joined together to create Sunflower Student Support! This resource is intended to provide support to students and their families in addition to the resources we already have available. A few of the items this resource can currently provide include hats, gloves, school supplies, coats/jackets (depending on sizes), and hopefully more soon!
In order to collect food items, our two Panther Clubs have joined together to start a Food Drive to collect shelf-stable pantry items including:
- canned fruits
- canned vegetables
- cereal or cereal bars
- chili or beans & franks
- crackers, pretzels, cookies
- fruit and pudding cups
- fruit snacks
- Gatorade
- jelly or jam
- juice (pop-top, canned, plastic or boxed)
- macaroni and cheese
- milk (shelf-stable containers)
- oatmeal (instant)
- peanut butter
- soups, stews, pastas
- tuna or chicken (canned, pop-top, or vacuum-packed)
Students may bring in items for our Food Drive through March 7th. All items can be delivered to Ms. Finson's room or dropped off in the office.
If you have any questions, you can email Ms. Finson at jeri_finson@usd368.org.
Thank you for helping our Sunflower Community!

From Your PTO
Parent/Teacher conferences begin THURSDAY! During this time the PTO likes to organize a staff meal while our hard working teachers work extra hard and extra long hours! This year we have organized Bull Creek BBQ to make the delicious meats! If you would like to help by signing up for additional items that would be AMAZING! We also have an online donation link for those who’d rather help by keeping our costs low! We appreciate you guys so much!
