ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN SCHOOL
Phones/Smart Watches
Students are extended the privilege of possessing phones/smartwatches on school grounds;
however, their use is limited to after-school dismissal and non-school days. These devices must be in the off position, or not used once the student arrives on campus until the end of the school day.

MEDICAL FORMS AND MEDICATION
Dear Parents,
It’s hard to believe there are only a few weeks of school left. This is a reminder that you will need to come to school to pick up your child's medication by the last day of school which is Friday, May 26th. Medications that are not picked up at the end of the year will be disposed of according to the D303 policy. This policy also does not allow medication to remain in the health office over the summer for reuse in the fall. Medication must be picked up by a parent or adult designee with the parent’s permission.
Looking ahead to the 2023-2024 school year, if your child requires medication or any action plans, your child will need new physician orders and action plans for the school year. Ideally have the physician date the forms following the last day of school. Forms can be found under health services on the D303 site or linked directly here:
Students entering into kindergarten or 2nd grade will need a dental examination and form completed within 18 months of May 15th, 2024. A vision examination and physical with up to date immunizations are also required for incoming kindergarten students. 3rd grade students need an updated health survey.
These forms can be submitted to the main office or emailed to the school nurse at bel-nurses@d303.org. Please reach out if you have any questions. The health office direct line is 331-228-2104.
Thank you!

AVIC
We are looking for AVIC volunteers(Art Volunteers in the Classroom). Bell Graham will be doing the whole grade level at one time for AVIC this spring. We want to try it out, and see if this is something that will work on a regular basis next year. It is a great opportunity to volunteer! Please make sure you have your volunteer information filled out at the office.
Each grade level will have one or two people in charge of planning the lessons and gathering supplies. We are looking for someone to be in charge of kindergarten and 4thgrade. Once you sign up, they will contact you and let you know when they need you there and what you will be doing. Thank you in advance!
