Yesterday we played with flip-flopping the world like a playful puppy. Today we are going to create some very thin books and practice flip flopping in a more concrete way, Think of an animal species of a historical figure who is famous for something. Make a list of a few and pick one.
Punch:
Now create a book title that shows that they are an expert at something the whole world knows is not true. Create a shelf of thin books like the one below. Have fun illustrating the covers of your thin books. Notice how the laugh comes from the hidden knowledge your audience knows.
Humor is fueled by knowledge. The more outrageous and untrue the title of your subjects book, the funnier.
