Celebrating Good Choices and Going Above Expectations for the Semester!
It is important for students to understand how behavior choices play a part of their success, not just as a student, but as a person. We celebrated students that went above and beyond with the choices that they made for the whole semester. These students had very high DOJO averages. There was a lot of fun taking place!

Principal's Corner 👇🏽
Happy New Year and Welcome back to a new semester! I hope you were able to enjoy time with your "littles". I know I miss them and am so happy to see their faces and hear their voices come back into the building.
We started off the semester with our DOJO celebrations for kids with a high semester DOJO average. We had all sorts of fun. I did talk with the kids to make sure they understood what this celebration was about. That making good choices and being a good role model is one of the most important things in life. It's not always about grades, even though we want to do our best, but being a good person is the key. We want to celebrate that! My hope is that next semester we will have even more join us for the celebration!
We are talking about the character trait of Trustworthiness this month. Mr. Hughes will be discussing it in library as well.
Just a reminder to send kids with coats and even hats and gloves. We will go out whenever possible even if it's just for a few minutes. Kids need fresh air and to be able to run "wild" for a few minutes a least.
Have a great weekend!
