Languages You Must Speak or Learn
In Chinatown, you must know or learn a few languages.
1. English. This is very important. In the United States, almost everybody speaks English. Even if you know a little Chinese, you must learn English. If you decide to move out of Chinatown, or go on a trip, this will be the main language spoken.
2. Mandarin (Simplified.) This is also quite important. In Chinatown, the second most spoken language is this. Mandarin is more common than Cantonese, and thus you must know this. Chinese signs and letters will be written in this language, so again; it is very important to learn and understand Mandarin.
3. Finally, Cantonese. Another version of Chinese, you might see this language around Chinatown. Though it is not as common as the other languages listed, it is still important to learn, or at the least, understand a few common words or phrases.

- Do not compete with them if possible.
- Do not say anything that promotes communism. You will get personally beaten up by Master Wang, or possibly chased.
- Never go anywhere alone. If chased, seek shelter.
These are some tips to make sure you stay safe. Master Wang's students mean well, but sometimes; you can end up in a sticky situation! Follow these tips, and you will be fine!
