- Christmas Party!!! Our staff Christmas Party will be on Tuesday, December 15th at Mi Cocina in Rockwall. The party will start at 6:00. Sunshine will be paying for a portion of the food for guests and we are asking that you pay $10. I hope you can come. We will need to get an accurate count of guests to make sure that we have the tables set appropriately. Tammy Jones will be putting something in your box on Monday for you to RSVP back to her and pay the $10. We will need that turned in my Monday of next week. If paying the $10 is the reason you cannot attend, please come talk to me and we can work out something. Due to space limitations the party will be for staff members only. I'm really looking forward to spending some time with you guys away from school.
- Remember to turn in two family names from your grade level to Jennifer Givens for the food baskets. We are working with the Neighborhood Wal-Mart to see about getting the turkey or ham donated. Then your team would just buy some canned or dry goods that would go along with the meal. Some of those items might include: dry goods such as instant potatoes, pie crust, stuffing mix, cornbread or roll mix, cake mix and canned goods like pie filling, corn, sweet potatoes, green beans, carrots, peas, or beans. Obviously, not all of these things but these are just some ideas. We will let you know ASAP about the turkey or ham.
- If you have concerns about any of your students during this time of year please let myself, Laura or Jennifer Givens know and we will find some resources for the families.
- Lunch Counts: Please turn these in to Laura for the early release day by Wednesday of next week.
Cullins Staff Members Being AWESOME!!
- Gabby Brown: The book fair was a great success and we were able to raise a good amount of money to go right back in to the library. Great job!!
- Krystal Coates, Kirsten Golden, and Chris Couch: Thank you for assisting with WatchDOGS kick-off party on Tuesday night. We had LOTS of dads and children there and I am so excited about what this program will bring to our students.

Happy Saturday Cullins Friends!
I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. The sun is shining...... The air is crisp.... And we are on the way to College Station to cheer on the Jackets in the playoff game this morning.
Thanksgiving break was so wonderful. New York was beautiful and lovely already decked out for Christmas. We have not been at this time of year in many years and it was nice to see all the lights and decorations. We spent lots of time eating AMAZING food, exploring the city, and of course.... Shopping!! The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was so awesome too. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience to see all the balloons up close and personal, and a VERY proud parent moment for Jack and I to see our baby girl in the parade and on TV. The girls worked very hard to prepare for their performance but we also got some good family time in with Makenzie too. We were able to see her favorite musical, Phantom of the Opera. It was a great show!! I hope that you all had the opportunity to spend time with family and of course relax!!
The next two weeks are a very exciting time for our children. I know that you all have many great things planned for them to do.
Attached below is the schedule of what we will be doing for the next two weeks. I hope this time shows you how very special you are to us and it is our hope that you feel loved and appreciated.
Go out and BE AWESOME!!!
Loves,
Jill
