The Santa Fe Trail starts in Franklin, Missouri and travels through states like Kansas and Colorado to arrive at Santa Fe, New Mexico. If you take the Cimarron Cutoff, you will travel through the states Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas to arrive at Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Pioneered by William Becknell, American traders use this trail to trade manufactured goods with Mexican traders.
Worth the Risk!
There might be some obstacles in the way, like mountains, walks through deserts, and hostile Native Americans. The reward of the anticipated goods from another nation is worth these risks!
