Wrangler Weekly
Week of September 12, 2022
Message from Ms. Bratton, principal
It's been a busy week at Spring Branch! Students have been working hard and those first quizzes or test grades have been coming in. The first progress report of the year will be available in Skyward this evening. Please go in and check your student's progress. If you have questions about anything you see, ask your student and review their work from their backpack together. Still have questions? Reach out to the teacher as they are your direct source of information.
Our counseling team will be calling in students who are failing a class to help them think and work through a plan to solve issues, such as taking advantage of tutoring and getting organized.
Students also signed up for their Wrangler Time Club choices today. Students picked 5 clubs of interest. Club time is once a month during Wrangler Time. Also today in Wrangler Time, students completed in their first contest, and the winner was EIGHTH GRADE! All levels did a great job competing and bringing their best as we used the Vocabulary.com website for a school-wide Vocab Jam. Contests will be held monthly using a variety of games and platforms.
And finally, football starts next week -- it's finally going to feel like fall!
Have a great weekend --
Go Wranglers!
Ms. Bratton
Say Cheese! It's school picture time.
