PE&T Spirit Week
Spirit Week Field Days by Class:
Monday, March 4: 9th Grade Field Day.
9th grade students will be bussed to EOM at 9am and dismissed when they return to school around 1pm.
Tuesday, March 5: 10th Grade Field Day.
10th grade students will be bussed to EOM at 9am and dismissed when they return to school around 1pm.
Wednesday, March 6: 11th Grade Field Day
11th grade students will be bussed to EOM at 9am and dismissed when they return to school around 1pm.
Thursday, March 7: 12th Grade Field Day
12th grade students will be bussed to EOM at 9am and dismissed when they return to school around 1pm.
Friday, March 8th: all students report to school for an "E" Schedule.
Credit Recovery
12th grade credit recovery is asynchronous and organized by Ms. Suzanne Kriessler: kriesslers@petchs.org.

3rd Quarter Ends
3rd Quarter Progress Reports were mailed on Friday, March 1st. Please check you mail this week for your Progress Report. If you do not receive one, contact Ms. DeFelice: defelicer@petchs.org.
The 3rd Quarter of the school year ends on Friday, March 22nd. All Q3 work and tests must be submitted or made up by this date. Homework Help is available Mondays through Thursdays after school for any student who needs assistance.
Spring Break!
PE&T's Spring Break begins on Monday, March 25th through Monday, April 1st.
Students will return to school on Tuesday, April 2nd.
Juniors: Apply For Co-Op!
CoOp applications close on March 11th. CoOp applications were sent to Junior student gmails. If you would like Ms. Kriessler to send you a new application, please email her at Kriesslers@petchs.org.

Giving Hope and Feeding Hearts - Philly Service Award
A huge thank you to the students and families that donated to our Giving Hope and Feeding Hearts collection. The students participating in the Philly Service Award will distribute the donations to the community in need on March 15th.
Senior Service Project
Seniors will be participating in their Community Service Project at Cradles to Crayons 3/1 and 3/22. Seniors have been notified of their specific Community Service day. Senior Community Service is a PET graduation requirement as well as an ACT 158 pathway. Any questions please contact Ms.Kriessler at Kriesslers@petchs.org.
Message from Ms. Cramphorn: College & Career Counselor
Seniors: Meet with Ms. Cramphorn to solidify plan for after graduation. Email cramphornl@petchs.org. or stop by 300.
FAFSA has reported it will be processed for all students across the nation in Mid-March. Please be patient and see Ms. Cramphorn with any questions.
Any student having issues with housing, you qualify for the McKinney Vento Act, so please let Ms. Cramphorn know to learn about available resources to assist!
PHMC Intensive Behavioral Health Service (IBHS)
PHMC (Public Health Management Corp.) will be coming to PE&T on Thursday, 3/21 to meet with any student interested in their Intensive Behavioral Health Services.

A Message from Ms. Sierota, Student Services
Entry to School
All who enter PETCHS must go through a security check. All bags and purses must be placed on the conveyor belt. Pockets must be emptied of all metal and loose objects before walking through the metal detectors. Plastic water bottles are permitted inside of school. However, open coffee cups/bottles are not permitted inside of PETCHS. Students must be in PETCHS attire at all times while in the school building.
A Reminder about Uniforms
Our uniform consists of: a blue polo, a quarter zip, a blue hoodie, black pants, black shoes and/or any PE&T issued apparel.
Cell Phones
During instruction, cell phones must be off and away.
Reminders
Loitering or horseplaying during transition is not allowed. Students should be moving in the direction of their next period class.
Lateness and Detentions
A student is considered tardy if they arrive at school after 8:20 am. A student is considered extremely late if they arrive at school after 9:00 am. A same-day detention will be issued to any student who is extremely late. Detentions will run on a bi-daily schedule. 12th and 11th grade students will serve their detentions on Monday and Wednesday. 10th and 9th grade students will serve their detentions on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday detentions are designated for students who cut class and/or leave school property. Students who can not abide by the school policies will be in jeopardy of losing school privileges.
