Live Webinar Description
As a school leader we are always looking for training opportunities for our teachers and especially looking for items to put in our newsletters. Feel free to put our 30 minute webinars in your newsletters or messages out to teachers. Teachers tell us the webinars are fun and engaging.
How can leadership teams determine if they are effectively implementing UDL? What does UDL look like? These questions can be answered with the use of Practice Profiles. According to Allison Metz, PhD, "Practice profiles are a tool for operationalizing a conceptually defined strategy through community engagement and research methods so that it is clear what practitioners will do as they carry out the innovation.” During the creation and use of the Practice Profile, leadership/innovation teams work together to create and define their work which promotes a deeper understanding and connection to the innovation (UDL) along the way.
