What was the change?
A major change in European thought stating in the mid-1500's in which the study observation and the questioning of accepted beliefs. The scientific revolution the sixteenth century through the seventeenth century.The scientific revolution was a time of change, people changed their ideas of things,belief/religion,and technology.
Who were the people associated with the change?
Nicolaus Copernicus
He had a different way of seeing things, he had a heliocentric view (instead of a geocentric view)
Galileo galilei
he improved the telescope of his time and helps improve the modern telescope.
Sir Isaac newton
He wrote the principal on universal gravitation,and made a law about gravity called newtons law of gravity.
how did the change impact society at the time?
Before the scientific revolution no one would have quested the church and the church was the most powerful institution in Europe,the middle ages.
How is that change evidenced in today's modern society?
Evidence of the change that we still use today is newtons law of gravity, and the telescope that Galileo improved to helps improve today's telescope.
