From the Principal's Desk
Dear DiPietro Families,
This next week is a pretty short week...two school days. Please enjoy the time and have fun! Earlier this morning I sent you an email with a survey. Please take a moment to complete it. The feedback will help us as we move forward. Please see below for updates:
Teachers Reaching Out:
We have been reaching out in a few different ways: email, phone calls, and google hangouts. Teachers are using Google Phone to call you. When they do so, it shows up as "Private Number". Please pick up. If you are unable to, I ask that you listen to your message right away as the teacher may be letting you know that she is calling back in 5 minutes. If you cannot chat, let her know and you can maybe arrange for a better time. Thank you.
Struggling?:
We want to make sure your child(ren) is accessing assignments with a minimal level of stress. Please communicate directly with your child’s teacher with any concern/issues. You and the teacher can adjust this workload to meet your child’s needs. Please also share if there are barriers that are prohibiting you/your child from accessing the work (e.g., you are working long hours, someone in the household is sick, etc). Our biggest priority is everyone’s health and safety during this time. We thank you for your open line of communication during this time!
Remote Learning:
Since this is a shorter week, your teacher will be adjusting the expectations.
Let's have a wonderful week.
Sincerely,
Miriam Friedman
