Why is Napoleon important?
Napoleon played a humungous part in France's history. He helped France's middle and lower class in the revolution of France in the 1700s. After that he helped the new France government to conquer land and defend land from enemies. He eventually became so famous that he gained a tremendous amount of power. Which led him to become emperor of France. Though he had power it corrupted him and that took him and France down into a world where everybody was against them or not on their side.
