Interests, Skills, and Values
This job matches my personality type, so i think I'll really enjoy working as a structural designer. To be a structural designer you have to have good team skills, creativity, and be mathematically smart, which are three of my strongest skills. This job catches my interest because its a mix of math and designing, so i get to be creative while also using my skills in math and science. This job also has multiple work values that meet my standards. One is innovation; I like to have a new challenge every once in a while and work on a variety of things. Another value is accomplishment; when I finish a project and its done well I feel accomplished and know I did a good job of it.
