THREE (3) BOARD OF DIRECTORS CANDIDATES FOR CONSIDERATION - PLEASE LOOK AT ALL 3 CANDIDATES BEFORE VOTING
We have three (3) 2-year openings.
HERE ARE THE CANDIDATES (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER):
Brian Dean
My family and I have lived in Covington Place for nearly 7 years and we thoroughly enjoy it.
.
My qualifications are my HOA experience, my financial background, and my business experience. I served as president of the HOA for our family's last community for 3 years. Unfortunately, that community did not have many volunteers at all...so, being part of this community has volunteers has been refreshing. I am an army veteran. I have worked for AT&T for 12 years in their finance organization and have run my own photography business for 9 years.
.
I've always been mindful of property values. I'd like to see my neighbors to get as much money for their homes as possible, and attract a buyer that is willing to pay more to be in a community with strong property value
Brian is running to fill a 2-year term.
Kaye Plitt
I am married to Steve Plitt and have 2 children (Eric and Zackary) and a daughter-in-law (Kaylin). My pride and joy would be my 1 year old grandson Wyatt. We are a proud Pops & KK. My youngest, Zackary is a Sophomore at Georgia State University.
.
I have lived in Covington Place for 15 years & served on the board for 4 years when we first moved in. I was appointed for a 1-year remainder for a previous board member. I also handle the Clubhouse rentals. I currently work full time at Lisa Miller Pediatrics in Covington.
The community & physical property is my main concern for Covington Place, so I would love your support to continue on the Covington Place HOA board.
Kaye is running to fill a 2-year term.
Pat Showalter
I am Pat Showalter and I would appreciate the opportunity to once again serve you on the Covington Place Home Owners Association board of directors. My husband, Don, and I have lived on Crestview Drive in Covington Place for 13 years. I served as President of the CPHOA board in 2016 and 2017, and have served on the CPHOA Modifications Committee since 2015. I believe my prior experience serving the CP residents, along with a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the CPHOA covenants, background as a legal specialist in the corporate arena, love for our great neighborhood, and desire to see our neighborhood continue to uphold its high standards in the community, would all contribute to me successfully fulfilling my duties on the 2019-2020 board if elected.
.
If anyone has any questions about me or my qualifications, please give me a call at your convenience. I would be happy to speak to you.
