A Note From the Principal
We are three weeks from the administering of the IREAD state assessment to our 3rd grade scholars and about seven weeks from administering of the ILEARN state assessment to our 3rd – 8th graders. Please continue to encourage our scholars to participate in class, to come to class on time ready to learn and to be fully engaged in their learning. Together we can close academic gaps and make the necessary advancements. We can not afford to lose sight of the goal.
Scholars First,
Mr. Carrion

Mask Policy
Please ensure that your scholar(s) comes to school each day with two masks, one properly fitted on their face upon arrival to school and an extra mask in their backpack for emergency use. Scholars that arrive at school without a mask will not be permitted to exit vehicles for temperature checks or enter our building. Masks should fit snugly over the nose, mouth, and chin. We will no longer be providing disposal masks for scholars except in the event of an extreme emergency.
No Visitor Policy
Due to the highly transmissible COVID-19 Omicron variant, we will be implementing a NO visitor policy at our school campus until further notice. We are strongly committed to keeping the health and safety of our scholars, families, faculty, and staff our top priority. All parent meetings and conferences will be held via phone or video calls. In the event that your scholar(s) arrive late to school or need to be picked up early please call and notify our front office administrator of the event. We will accommodate extreme emergencies and extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
