Case #1
Roe V. WadeThe issue was Abortion regarding the fact that it's legal if it does not harm the
women's health. The rights involved was the 14th amendment. The impact was that Texas law making it a crime to assist a woman to get an abortion violated her due process rights.
Case #2
Griswold V. Connecticut
The issue was whether or not people should have martial privacy with the
drugs they are prescribed to. The rights involved was the fifth amendment. The impact it had was a Connecticut law criminalizing the use of drugs violated the right to marital privacy.
Case#3
United States V. Windsor
The issue was whether or not homosexuals should have the same marriage
rights as heterosexual people. The rights involved was the fifth amendment. The impact this had was some states have let same sex couples marry because of the
equal rights we have in the US.
Case #4
Gonzalez V. Carhart
The issue was whether or not partial abortion should be outlawed or not. The rights involved was the 14th amendment. The impact this had was the people arguing the case had no proper evidence that it affected the women or harmed her by any means.

He is most likely going to quit when Obama leaves. He is a democrat so when he leaves the democratic vote will go down next election.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
She will probably retire after Obama leaves. Since she is a democrat the democratic vote will go down next election.
Conclusion
Cultural wars in the United States is a huge deal. There is
abortion, racism, birth control, and a lot more. All these are cases
that all go with our culture and are the wars we are fighting today.
We might not recognize these wars but we have to fight them
