Happiness
A few thoughts
What is this?
Money doesn't = Happiness!
Money ≠ Happiness
I have come to the understanding that money does not achieve happiness, I'm not rich (or poor) but having some more money or less money in my pocket never changed anything for me.
I think people adjust to various situations and as I see it financial difficulties is in the same category of being handicap, financial difficulties causes distress but having none isn't a guarantee for happiness.
Move it!
Work out and let your body rest!
People who work out are usually very happy, when you work out the body releases endorphins, lack of sleep on the other hand leads to tardiness, loss of concentration and bad mood.
"Endorphins are produced during exercise, excitement, pain, consumption of spicy food, love and orgasm. and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a feeling of well-being."
Family and friends
Take the time into developing personal relations!
There's not a whole lot of things that will make you feel better than sharing feelings with your friends or family, good ones or bad ones.
Keep your friends and family close, they always want the best for you!
Time is everything!
Control your time!
People feel happier when they succeed on achieving goals they set for themselves, we should remember we tend to overestimate what we can achieve daily but underestimate what we can achieve yearly.
Make yourself short term goals and long term ones as well, don't shoot for the moon for your short term goals, but also don't undervalue what you can achieve on the long term!
Thank you for reading!
Be thankful!
People who appreciate the little things in life are much happier, appreciate health, education, friends, family and freedom!
Don't chase happiness itself, enjoy the moment! No one really knows what exactly makes him happy, the chase it self bounds to fail.
More than that, those who changes their way in order to achieve happiness does not enjoy the moment and the activity itself!
