Principal's Post
We are completing Winter MAP testing in Reading and Math over the next two weeks. Today our B day students took the Reading portion. Tuesday and Wednesday students will complete the Math portion, and our A day students will take the Reading on Monday. NWEA MAP is a normed assessment our district uses to monitor student growth and guide instruction. All of our students met with their ELA and Math teachers to set a Winter and Spring MAP goal in an effort to encourage their ownership in their academic success. Encourage your child to get a good night's sleep and to give 100% while taking the assessment.
A few reminders over the next two weeks:
1. Spirit Week ( see flyer below)
2. Raider masks are on sale for $10.
3. Support our canned food drive.
We truly hope your child enjoyed Jeremy Anderson last week. If they were absent, there is a recorded Zoom in their counselor's course. Feel free to listen together! Thank you for all you do to partner with us for the betterment of your child's education. Working together we can help them reach their full potential.
Have a wonderful week Raider family!
Best Regards,
Heather Andrus

2020-2021 RRMS Yearbook
Due to half our school being virtual, and the rest being A/B, we request students and parents send photos to be considered for the yearbook. We would love to see students and/or doing work online or otherwise, in class, or even doing things on their "off time". We'd also like fun candid photos with or without masks. Photos should be school appropriate. Photos can be submitted here.
Yearbooks (hardcover, 76 pages) may be ordered for $37. Please visit the website to order your yearbook here.
