The Preschool held its winter Snowball Dance. The students threw snowballs, enjoyed a snack, danced, and read stories, too!
School 5 hosted a letter parade. All of our kindergarten classes participated in letter fun to show off all of their learning!
What an awesome night to celebrate student talent. While the solos and songs in the first half were awesome, the Hamilton rendition was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Great job everyone!
End of December - February
Out of 900 students, each week students are selected in 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade to SHOUT OUT! These students are those LIONS caught working hard, doing the right thing, striving to grow academically in the classroom, and are simply all around AWESOME kids!
We also recognize students who meet our monthly Positive Behavior Supports in Schools (PBSIS) These These students are entered into a raffle for gift cards! This month students who had ZERO behavioral referrals for the entire month were entered into the raffle.
Often people choose to point out individuals in our society who choose NOT to do the right things.
However, we must all keep in mind, while the ones caught BEING AWESOME may be quieter, they are definitely GREATER in number. We are so proud of you! Now is the time to shine!!!!!!
Congratulations to all of our Senior Winter Athletes. We will miss you next season, but we will always treasure the time you shared with us. You made a difference in helping us to grow our programs!
Students are nominated based on some or all of the following characteristics: Citizenship, Compassion, Cooperation, Courage, Effort, Fairness, Flexibility, Honesty, Perseverance, Respect, Responsibility, and/or Significant Behavior Improvement.
