What's Happening This Week - February 8, 2016
Quran Reading
Students have been working on the Al-Qaidah An-Nooraniyah this week to perfect their reading of the Quran. Some students have finished this book in previous years, however, it is always good to review, in shaa Allah.
On Friday, February 12, 2016, students will be given their assignments to review over the weekend. There will be no extra memorization this week.
We have finished our lessons on Salah. Please review these with the students at home to reinforce how important it is to pray Salah properly. Below are some resources we can use to help us review our Salah.
Islamic Studies: Iman-e-Mufassil
- Allah (subhaanahu wa ta'ala)
- Angels
- Books
- Prophets
- The Day of Judgment
- Fate - The good and the bad
Students will be able to discuss the importance for us as Muslims to be organized, especially in our faith.
"Sing Children of the World" ~ Sung By the 3rd and 4th Grade Students
It is my pleasure to announce that the 3rd and 4th graders will present this nasheed at Tarbiyah Academy's Benefit Gala! Please mark your calendars for Saturday, March 6, 2016!
In shaa Allah, students will work on this with Ms. El-Haggan and me during their recess time.
Ms. Nazar
Wasalaam.
