The end of the 3rd quarter is right around the corner. Friday, March 15th we end the 3rd quarter and we will SOAR into Spring with a fun activity for our students. Please be sure to check PowerSchool as we get closer to closing out the quarter.
Spring sports have begun and it seems that spring will be arriving early this year! We are looking forward to a busy month of March before we head off for spring break on Friday, March 29th.
This month our yearbook sales end too! Yearbook orders are due on March 11th. Information is below regarding these sales. Student scheduling is due on March 15th. Please make sure your child has completed their selections within PowerSchool by this date. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Enourato or Mrs. Speicher.

7th/8th Grade Hawaiian Luau Dance
The 7/8th Grade Dance will take place on Friday, March 8th from 6:00-8:00 PM. There will be a DJ, dancing, games, and concessions. Entrance tickets cost $5, and parents will have the option of adding on an $8 food ticket for their child. Each food ticket includes 2 square pieces of pizza, a bag of chips, a candy bar, and a can of pop or a bottle of water. The concessions stand will be open for additional cash purchases of other various snack items during the event. Advance ticket sales will end on March 5th. *Cash will be accepted at the door for walk-in admissions, but food tickets are available by pre-purchase only!

Avon Middle School Talent Show!
AMS will be holding a Talent Show at the PAC on Thursday April 11th at 7pm. We cannot wait to see Avon Middle's Talent! For more information please contact Mrs. Garcia (garcial@avoneagles.org).

A Few Reminders
2) Car Riders - Our line for drop off and pick up is in the back of the building. Please remember to pull forward so that the line of traffic can continue to move! Thank you for your patience! Cars are to pull into the South Entrance off of Long Road ONLY.
3) School Fees are DUE. Your School Fees are due upon receipt. Please take care of any balances as soon as possible. Thank you!
4) If your son/daughter will be leaving early from school for a doctor's appointment/etc. please be sure to send them in with a note in the morning. The note can be dropped off in our office. Thank you!
5) Here is the attendance line phone number 440-934-3838 that you can call in to report your child's absence 24 hours a day.

Senate Bill 288 6th Grade Presentations begin March 12th
6th Grade presentations will happen within wheel classes starting March 12th. The information was sent home in an email to families regarding the curriculum that will be used and was provided by the state of Ohio. Please let Mrs. Davisson know if you have any questions. Thank you!
6th Grade Camp Nuhop
This past week we had our parent meeting regarding 6th grade camp. We will be traveling to Camp Nuhop May 22nd - 24th. Attached is the flyer regarding all of the information that is needed. Cost of camp is $210. If you need any financial assistance please contact Mrs. Davisson.

Avon Eagle Run Registration Now Open
Avon Eagle Run registration is now open. We invite the community to join us for the 22nd annual Avon Eagle Run, presented by Bendix, Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 8 a.m. at Avon High School, 37545 Detroit Road.
Proceeds from the Eagle Run benefit the Avon Schools Educational Endowment Fund, the French Creek YMCA and other local charities. The family-fun event includes a 5-mile run, 5K run/walk and 1-mile Kids Fun Run.
