Mozzarella Sticks
- 1 1/2 cups of Italian style dried breadcrumbs
- 1 1/3 cups freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (16-ounce) blocks pasteurized mozzarella cut into 4 by half inch sticks
- 4 large eggs, beaten to blend
- 1 1/2 half cups vegetable oil
- 4 cups marinara sauce
Fried Potato Skins
- 8 russet potatoes scrubbed and thoroughly dried
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 5-6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1/3 cup of sour cream
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped, fresh chives
- cheese (as much as your heart desires)
Fried Pickles
- peanut or vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt
- 2 cups sliced dill pickles
Oreo Cheesecake
- 24 oreo cookies divided
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 packages of softened cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 15 ounce pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
