Family Conversation Starters
Hello PS188Q Families!
We hope you all have a safe and energizing spring recess. It's hard to believe that when we return to school it will be May!
Our DEIA Team for Families wanted to share a fun activity with our community. We hope that this will be a creative and lighthearted way to increase conversation between parent and child and learn more about each other. We are calling this activity "conversation dice", and we invite you to be as creative as you want to be in selecting the prompts for faces of the dice.
Please share pictures with us while you create and play this game with your loved ones! You can send your pictures to Ms. Perez Fung at mperez-fung@schools.nyc.gov.
Please click Conversation Dice Google Drive for activity instructions and conversation starters.
On behalf of our DEIA Team for Families, we want to wish all our families a restful break. If you have interest in enjoying this important school team, please reply back to this email so we can invite you to our next meeting. Thereβs still time to contribute and make an impact on our PS188Q community.
Sincerely,
Mr. Chang (DEIA Member)
Myrna Perez Fung (Parent Coordinator)
Corey Hollis (School Social Worker)
