Last Chance For Greenhouse Plants
The HHS Greenhouse will be open on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00-5:00 pm this week to sell the last of our spring plants! Stop by to get some great plants and support Agriculture Education at HHS.
Academic Letter Application
A Heritage High School “letterman” is a student who has met a specified level of participation and/or performance on a varsity athletic team, marching band or in Academics. HHS awards Academic Letters to students who perform at the highest level in the classroom and also participate in Academic contests, competitions, or extra-curricular Academic activities.
Students must meet grade point average (GPA) eligibility requirements, complete an application including their academic extra-curricular activities, and receive the required faculty approval to be eligible to be recognized with an Academic Letter. Students earn points toward an Academic Letter by participating in Academic competitions or extra-curricular academic activities. Deadline to apply is May 3rd.
Academic Letters will be awarded on Award's Day (May 20) for 9th-11th grade students and on Class Night (May 17) for Seniors. Visit the school counseling office to determine if you meet the GPA requirements to apply for an Academic Letter:

Sports Physicals May 1st
HHS students can get their sports physical for the 2024-25 school year on May 1st for $25. Students will travel by bus from HHS to the Center for Sports Medicine for the physical exam. Complete the permission form, complete the first who pages of the GHSA Preparticipation physical evaluation History Form and return both to Mrs. Lones or Mrs. Crow in the Athletic Director's office by Friday, April 26th along with cash or check for $25.
Senior Yearbook Ad Deadline is April 30th
The Journalism staff offers ad space in the back of our yearbook, The Legacy, for parents and family to spotlight their senior with photos and a personalized message. Click here for more information and to place your order. DEADLINE IS APRIL 30TH.
Prices for these ads are determined by size:
1/4-page: $85 (2-3 pictures)
1/2-page: $150 (3-6 pictures)

Junior/Senior Prom is April 27th
The Annual Heritage High Junior/Senior Prom will be held on Saturday, April 27th at the Commons in Collegedale. HHS seniors will receive 1 FREE (non-transferrable) ticket for prom. HHS juniors/seniors may invite 1 guest to prom. Purchase at school during lunch or through GoFan.
Be sure to get your guest approved through the main office. Download or pick up a Prom Guest Permission form and bring it to Mrs. Hamill in the main office for approval. Make sure that you and your guest follow the Prom Dress Code and Guidelines before making clothing choices for Prom.

As graduation for the HHS Class of 2024 approaches, don't miss out on deadline or events leading up to the commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 23rd at 7:30 pm on Jeff Sims Field at Heritage Stadium!

Erlanger Health VolunTEEN Summer Program
Erlanger Health System invites high school students ages 15-18 years old to be "helpers" this summer during the 2024 Erlanger Health System VolunTEEN program. If you'd like to spend the summer with them helping and learning, please visit the school counseling office for the complete packet. All applicants must apply in person during one of the scheduled 30 minute interviews.
The program is from June 10th through July 15th from 10:00-3:00 pm on Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays.
