Principal Update 4/8/24
Thank you to our third and fourth grade families for the strong attendance last week during MCAS. We will conduct makeup testing this week and then put the ELA tests behind us for the year. Your children worked incredibly hard and showed tremendous stamina throughout the testing periods.
We have established an elementary report card revision committee that will begin to work on possible revisions to the MURSD elementary report card. As we begin our conversation later this week, we are looking for some feedback from our families. Please consider taking some time to complete this survey. You can skip any questions that you do not want to answer, and all feedback will be looked at and considered by our committee. We appreciate your time with this.
As a reminder, you have until the Monday after April vacation to share any information you feel that the school should know ahead of the class placement process for next year. If you haver a fourth grader, please wait until Miscoe Hill asks for input. Please see last week's newsletter for more information, and if you would like to complete the form, you can do so here.
Have a wonderful week!
Warmly,
Wendy

School Hours
Our school hours are 8:45am-3:15pm. Drop off begins at 8:45 and students who arrive after 9:00am are considered tardy. We will begin dismissal right around 3:15pm.
Due to the hectic nature of the late afternoon, we will no longer be allowing parent dismissals from the main office after 2:45pm. If your child has an appointment, please plan to dismiss him/her earlier, or make use of our pick up line at 3:15pm. Thank you for understanding.
