“An Ephemeral Rain Dance”
By Emmett J. Bergeman
Often times, moments that have presented themselves within our
Lives can leave us under a somber cloud, drenching joyful dance;
Everything seems to stop—even time—when within the rain.
Though sunshine and good times have been shadowed by rain,
Moments of despair do not last forever, and the glee within our
Hearts will return—there will forever be another glorious dance.
Whirling and twirling, leaping and spinning will be this dance—
When it comes back, after all the gloom has cleared up, our
Joy will return; visions will be cleared of cloudy, misty rain.
Celebrate our new jubilance for—has passed—a dance in the rain.
