Important Reminders
Recess and Weather:
With the first round of winter behind us, let's take a moment to remind students that when playing outside for recess, we kindly ask them to refrain from playing in the remaining snow piles and muddy areas. Also, being Ohio, please continue to dress your student for all weather conditions. While it might be warm today, it's still winter and the cold temperatures can come back at any time. Please continue to send your students with coats, hats, gloves and appropriate footwear.
Celebrations of Special Occasions:
With Valentine's Day approaching, please remember that their are no food items allowed to be handed out in the classrooms. Also, it is up to each individual teacher to decide if there are going to be any types of celebrations during their class times. If parents wish to send in items for a special occasion, please remember to check with your child's teacher first and do not include anything edible. We also want to remind parents to not send in balloons or flowers to students as they cannot have them in the classrooms and cannot take them on the buses.
