Michael Gambon didn't play Dumbledore for the first movie. Richard Harris was originally casted as Dumbledore for the first movie, but after filming The Philosopher's Stone he died and Gambon took his place.

These three pictures shows bruises at three different stages of the bruising/ healing process.
Cut
They used modeling clay/wax to raise the skin up. Then, they added a darker red color to the inside of the cut to show how deep the cut is.
Makeup Throughout the Decades
1920's
Eyebrows are arched and shaped thin with a pencil. Eyeshadow is darker and smudged up from lashline. Eyeliner and mascara is top lid only. The blush is a rosy color in a circular shape on cheek. For the lips, they used a matte red lipstick overdrawn into cupids bow.
1940's
The eyebrows are natural arch and shaping with hint of dark eyeshadow pencil. They have light eyeshadow color to match the eyes. Black or brown mascara. On their cheeks they used light blush on apples of cheeks brushed up to the cheek bone. On their lips they had a matte red lip, natural shape or overdrawn for fullness on top and bottom.
1960's
Eyeliner was the most important makeup tool. Liner would be doubled up at the end of the lip. White liner was added to make the eye appear bigger. Blue, gray and white eyeshadow was a popular combination. Eyelashes were false and placed on top and bottom to giver the "flapper" effect. A lot of powder was used. Lips were usually a pale pink or red outlined with pencil.
