Blueberries and Strawberries are both AMAZING fruits to eat, but which one is the best? According to landolakes.com, Strawberries are the most liked berry of all. We surveyed our students and found that they also favor strawberries over blueberries. -Maddie

Trait of the month: Gentleness
This month’s character trait is gentleness. I asked three students what gentleness means to them and these are their answers. Liam, from fifth grade, said that you are gentle when you are patient and don’t get angry with people. Lexi W., from sixth grade, said that you are gentle when you are kind to people, even when they are not kind to you. Logan, from ninth grade, said that gentleness is showing humility and being forgiving. The Bible verse for gentleness is First Timothy 6:11- “...pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.” Be sure to implement gentleness in your lives this month! –Kennedy Vaughn
Patriots vs. Golden Eagles
This past Monday, the Lady Patriots had a home soccer game against CPRS. In this game, they played eleven without subs. For the first half, the Patriots were down six. After half-time, some players were moved from defense to midfield. The team did better defensively in the second half but fell short with fifteen minutes left. At the end of the game, the Patriots lost by eight. –Kennedy Vaughn
