ABJ Scots Week at a Glance (SWAG)
October 12 - 15, 2021
It is hard to believe that we have already completed one full month of school. As we continue living and learning in a pandemic, it is vitally important to remind ourselves of the many blessings we do have. Thanksgiving affords us a beautiful reason and the time to pause and reflect. At ABJ, we have much to be grateful for. We are grateful for the students of ABJ who continue to impress us with their adaptability, energize us with their enthusiasm (yes, despite some TikTok challenges!), and inspire us with their kindness. We are grateful for a team of staff that give so generously of themselves and remain committed to student learning, wellness, and spiritual development. And we are also grateful for a parent community that supports our work at ABJ. As you celebrate Thanksgiving this long weekend, we pray you experience the blessings of time with and gratitude for family, friends, food on the table, and the things in life that bring you joy!
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good;
His love endures forever.

Post-Secondary Information
The U of A will be coming to us Virtually to present during PEP on Wednesday in the E-Campus. The presentation covers information about programs, campus life, and admission requirements. It is an excellent opportunity for students to have any of their questions answered and learn more about what the U of A has to offer! Students in ALL grades are encouraged to attend! Registration can be completed through PowerSchool.
Post-Secondary Open House season is upon us! Post-Secondary institutions will be opening their doors to you (either virtually or in person) to help you plan for what your life after ABJ will look like! The best way to learn about these places and what might be your best fit is to do the research NOW! Added benefit of attending these events? Well, just from attending, post-secondary institutions offer a chance of the incentive to win anywhere from $500 to $1000 tuition deposits, JUST FOR ATTENDING! Among other prizes as well.
