SDUHSD 2024-25 High School Selection Information
ENCINITAS – The San Dieguito Union High School District (SDUHSD) High School Selection process ended on February 15, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The District has reviewed the submissions and, at this time, SDUHSD will not be conducting a public lottery for the 2024-2025 school year. All eligible students who participated in the SDUHSD High School Selection process by the deadline will be offered enrollment in their selected high school for 2024-25. LCC, SDA, CCA and TPHS will send out welcoming communication with enrollment information directly to families of all eligible students who participated in the selection process no later than Monday, February 26, 2024. The Incoming Student Enrollment Deadline is Monday, March 18, 2024 at 4:00 pm and students who selected an academy must enroll by this deadline or will forfeit their spot at the academy and be enrolled in their boundary school.
Academy enrollment is closed after the high school selection process. Students who did not participate during the high school selection window, or who are new to the District, will be enrolled at their residential boundary high school for 2024-2025. Please visit the Enrollment page for more information.
Welcome to all of our future Falcons, Mavericks, Mustangs, and Ravens!

Message from the Principal
Wolfpack families,
Happy Friday! I hope that you enjoyed the extra few days off. The short week went quickly, but we were able to pack in lots of learning. In history class, some of our 7th grade students are learning about the history of Islam, while our 8th grade students continue their study of the Oregon Trail in U.S. History. Coach Olson is running our basketball lunch league where teams of three play each other in an elimination style competition. Next week is exciting as our ASB is hosting our "Timeless" dance, and our music students are getting ready to go to the Forum Festival in Orange County to be adjudicated. We know they will represent PTMS well. Finally, good luck to our Science Olympiad students as the compete tomorrow in a major competition at Miramar College. They have been working very hard since September and I know they will do well!
I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday, and I wish you a safe and relaxing weekend.
In gratitude,
Scott Wild, Ed.D.

~ It's fair to care about you being here! School attendance matters.
Residency Verification REQUIRED for ALL CURRENT STUDENTS!
The window to submit your Annual Residency Verification is January 16 through March 15. You might feel like you've just done this (and maybe you have), but this is for the 2024-25 school year. Not this school year.
Here are the quick specifics:
- If your student is CURRENTLY enrolled in a SDUHSD school and plans to go to a SDUHSD school for the 2024-25 school year, completing this process is REQUIRED! ** If your student will NOT be attending a SDUHSD school for the 2024-25 school year, please contact the Registrar - Marielle.BravoSaltzman@sduhsd.net. If you don't, we will bug you relentlessly for Residency Verification paperwork. **
- Complete this Residency Verification Affidavit.
- Attach a copy of your current SDGE bill (Category 1 on the form)
- Attach a copy of a cable or water bill (Category 2 on the form)
- Upload those three (3) documents in Aeries as per these instructions - OR -
- Scan/email those three (3) documents to Vetha.Pierce@sduhsd.net - OR -
- Print out and Turn-in those three (3) documents at your student's school.
If you have more than one student CURRENTLY ENROLLED in one or more of our SDUHSD schools, one packet with all current students' names can be turned in at one of the currently attending school sites (i.e. your middle school twins currently attend PTMS and older brother currently attends CCA - one packet with all 3 names can be turned in/uploaded to either PTMS or CCA) **Please do not include your incoming 6th grader on this form! A separate Enrollment packet will include a Residency Verification packet.**
For questions, please contact Vetha Pierce.
