Critical Leadership Questions for Inspiring Schoolwide Excellence
Chapter 2: SCHOOL BRAND
This is a great question. What narrative do you have for the students enrolled at your school? How do they know that they are special just by attending your school?
Craft a statement to inspire your students to feel that they are in a unique environment specifically designed to ensure their academic success.
Here's to a great week of teaching and learning!

A Note From Your Executive Director...
Team,
I am looking forward to visiting campuses this week to finish up Cycle 1 for some campuses and to begin Cycle 2 for others. As we enter the new six weeks grading period, we will be focusing on your common assessment data, looking for areas of improvement as well as places where intervention is needed.
The key to improvement is to give regular feedback to teachers. For that reason, ensure that your administrative team calibrates on a regular basis and that teachers are being observed at least once every 2-3 weeks. Feedback should be timely and should state specific areas for improvement. Remember to use "powerful polish" with your team!
Thank you for all of your dedication and commitment as you meet the various deadlines this week. Reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Here's to a great week of teaching and learning!
ALL TOGETHER ADAMSON!
