Continental Drift

Continental Drift
After Alfred's death, there were ideas that were found that would have helped the poor man's hypothesis. People found freshwater animals in many different continents. Plant fossils were found on all continents including Antarctica. Plants from warm weathered continents were found in cold weather continents. Glacial deposits were also found in warm areas, similar rock layers were found on coastlines where they supposedly connected. All these help Alfred's hypothesis on the continents being connected at one point. https://docs.google.com/a/cbcsd.org/presentation/d/16sjctvtfBSuiL2UsdDcnyl4YZ_T-iNN7z2wj52Ma-EI/edit#slide=id.gb29f17e7_00
