- The Industrial Revolution didn't have sides per se. It acted instead as the transformation from rural agriculture to urban factories.
- Labor unions did arise due to the Revolution though, opposing the factory owners.
- The labor unions wanted shorter hours, better working conditions, and better pay.
- The factory owners wanted the opposite of that.
