Student Assessment - Fall Session
The assessment reports assist teachers in planning instruction and monitoring progress throughout the year. For students and parents, you are able to watch growth over the year for students individually as well as compare progress with other same grade students across the country. Our assessments are adaptive, meaning each student's response to questions directs the following questions. Through the data gathered, we are able to see specific skill areas that may be lagging or if they are mastered and ready for new learning. Results from this fall assessment will be reviewed at Parent Conferences at the end of the 1st quarter.
Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade will be taking assessments for the first time this year. The primary version is abbreviated and will help us see specifically into developing math and reading skills.
If you would like more information about assessment or have any questions, please contact your child's teacher or Mrs. Price.
