Principal's Message
Finally, my favorite time of year has arrived! The first days of school are filled with excitement, potential, joy...and maybe a little bit of nervousness. Students have done a wonderful job of transitioning back to school, and the first few days have gone swimmingly. I've enjoyed welcoming students to school each morning and waving goodbye to the buses each afternoon, and am delighted by the smiles and waves that greet me in return!
As I've visited classrooms with special guests this week, including our Superintendent, Dr. Sue and our Assistant Superintendent, Dr. McCall, we've noticed how quickly our teachers and students are building routines and rituals that help every student feel welcome and important in our classrooms and all around the school. A feeling of warmth and goodwill has filled CFT over the past few days, and I leave the building each evening feeling proud and happy to be a part of this learning community.
