- Lockdown Drill: HERE are the Google Slides that you can use to review the lockdown procedures with your students. (See the image to the right.)
Dismissal Updates
- Students in AYS/ASE should be held in the classroom until all carpool students have been dismissed and the hallways are cleared.
- Remind students that the gate in the north parking lot will remain locked until AFTER ASE has dismissed. Parents will need to park in the normal lot and then walk down to pick up their child.
- If you are on morning carpool in the north lot, please make sure to pull the gate closed at the end of morning drop-off!
April Faculty Meeting: Talking Points
FYI - The Master Planning video is about 15 minutes long as it goes through each of the key talking points that are relevant to the school. You may want to plan to each lunch in a teammate's classroom together and putting in on in the background while you eat.... or perhaps just watching it while you're grading papers in your classroom at your convenience. My condolences in advance for leaving you subject to the sound of my voice for so long!! ;)

Staff Shout Outs
- Congratulations to Jamie Collins, Maggie Hagenauer, and Ali Liphard for putting together a beautiful First Communion ceremony!
- Emily Gray implemented a fun and creative Project Based Learning activity with her high math class!
*If you see a colleague do something great that deserves a shout-out, please let Beth, Jen or Elizabeth know! We'd love to recognize their great work!
Testing Updates
- Round 2 of ISTEP is April 16 - May 4. Schedules have been sent out & posted in the Team Drive.
- Please remind your parents of the dates that your students are testing and be sure to encourage your students to get a good night sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and do their best!
- REMINDER: The computer carts will not be available during this time.
PLC Updates: The New Agenda has been added!
The goals this month will be:
- MATH: Grades 2 - 8, please be prepared to share the average and range RIT scores for each level of math class. It will save time during the meeting if you take a look at this in advance! (This did not get collected in several grade levels last month, so we will be keeping it on the agenda.)
- SAFETY: Follow up on the Lockdown drill
- MTSS: How do the Tier 1, 2, and 3 interventions support us as we educate the whole child? Think about how they may fit in with academics, social/emotional learning, spiritual learning, and behavior management.
Repeats.....
