The MJT Weekly
Friday, January 21, 2022
Hello MJT Families:
It has certainly been a cold week. As you know we continue to try to have students participate in outdoor recess as long as the temperature permits.
A reminder that Mid-Year iReady Testing is underway. Students will also be assessed in their reading during the next month as well. There are a few different assessments that provide staff with information on your child's progress.
We held another MJT Parent Forum this past Thursday night. Feel free to join us for a Q&A on MJT events.
Thank you again for your continued support. My door is always open.
Respectfully,
Paul

- We are limiting outside guests from the building.
- If a student is excluded from school, you will receive a phone call after we complete the contact tracing ASAP with details. The county officially orders the quarantine and the return date.
Mask Use
Masks are required by Commissioner's regulations -- which are the rules schools must follow: "all students, personnel, teachers, administrators, contractors, and visitors must wear masks at all times indoors, regardless of vaccination status."
Masks are required to be worn whenever students/staff are moving outside on school grounds where 6ft distance can not be maintained. This includes arrival and dismissal since our student groups tend to move into smaller groups of students as they enter or leave. Once off campus, students do not need to wear masks.
Students may remove masks if they are receiving nutrition/nourishment.
